PURPOSE: A portable skin treatment device is provided to enable a user to comfortably take treatment by removing bad feeling due to a thermal shock. CONSTITUTION: A portable skin treatment device comprises a case(22), a tip(26), a heating element, a light source, a hollow, and a printed circuit board. The light from the light source and heat from the heating element are selectively or simultaneously applied to the skin of a user. The tip is made of translucent bioceramics radiating far infrared rays by heat and forms a hollow inside thereof. The end of the printed circuit board having the heating element and light source is inserted into the hollow. The heating element minimizes the hollow of the tip and reduces a warm-up time for treatment.
