PURPOSE: A bio-signal detecting cradle and a portable bio-signal analyzer are provided to conveniently measure the sensitivity of a user regardless of a place. CONSTITUTION: A loader(124) is installed in a body(121). A portable electronic terminal(11) is mounted on the loader. A plurality of electrodes(S1,S2) and sensors(S3,S4) detect a bio signal in contact with the palm of a user. A circuit unit(125) includes a plurality of bio-signal circuits, an ADC(Analog to Digital Converter) and a communication unit. A battery is embedded in a body to supply power to the circuit unit.
