PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a liquid spraying head, the liquid spraying head, and a liquid spraying device are provided to separate electrodes of a plurality of dummy channels in block, thereby reducing manufacturing time. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a liquid spraying head is as follows. A piezoelectric substrate is welded on a first base substrate so that a laminated substrate is formed(S1). A discharge groove for a discharging channel and a dummy groove for a dummy channel are formed by turns in a row(S2). Electrode materials are accumulated in the inner surfaces of the discharging groove and the dummy groove(S3). A cover plate is welded to the piezoelectric substrate in order to cover the discharging groove and the dummy groove(S4). The electrode materials being accumulated in the bottom surface the dummy groove are eliminated(S5). A second base substrate is welded to a first base substrate.
