The invention provides compounds according to formula (I), in which: Ha = I or Br, X = CH2 or C = O, R1 = C1-4 alkyl, R2 = -NHSO2R3; -NHCOR3; or -NHCONHR3, where R3 = -CF3, C1-3 alkyl, 4-R4C6H4-; where R4 = C1-4 alkoxy-; hydroxy-; fluoro-; or nitro-; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The compounds may particularly be used in the treatment of T3 regulated gene disorders and diseases.
