THIN FILM SOLAR CELLS AND METHODS FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A thin film solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve photonic efficiency of a solar cell by forming an intrinsic semiconductor film into an amorphous film. CONSTITUTION: A first cell comprises a first n-type impurity semiconductor film(135), a first p-type impurity semiconductor film(131), and an intrinsic semiconductor film(133). The intrinsic semiconductor film is placed between the first n-type impurity semiconductor film and the first p-type impurity semiconductor film and has a hydrogen content which continuously changes. A metal electrode is contiguous to the first n-type impurity semiconductor film. The transparent electrode is contiguous to the first p-type impurity semiconductor film.
