Provided is a bispecific antibody or bispecific antibody fragment thereof that specifically binds to IL-13 and IL-4, wherein said bispecific antibody or bispecific antibody fragment thereof comprises two variable light chain domains and two variable heavy chain domains comprising defined sequences targeting IL-13 and IL14. The antibody can be used to treat cancer, asthma or allergic diseases.
