摘要 A method of producing a soft polyurethane foam by reacting a polyisocyanate compound and a polyol mixture at an isocyanate index of at least 90 in the presence of a foam stabilizer (X), a urethenating catalyst, and a foaming agent, said polyol mixture comprising: a polyether polyol (A) obtained using a complex metal cyanide complex catalyst and having an average number of hydroxyl groups of 2-3 and a hydroxyl value of 10-90 mgKOH/g; a polyether polyol (B) having an average number of hydroxyl groups of 2-3 and a hydroxyl value of 15-250 mgKOH/g; and a polyether monool (D) obtained using a complex metal cyanide complex catalyst and having a hydroxyl value of 10-200 mgKOH/g. The foam stabilizer (X) is a silicone-based compound containing a dimethylpolysiloxane represented by formula (I), wherein the average value of n is 1-30, and 0.01-1.0 parts by mass of the dimethylpolysiloxane are contained for every 100 parts by mass of the polyol mixture.
