PURPOSE: A method for displaying a mobile terminal and an apparatus performing the same are provided to increase convenience of use by changing a size of the mobile terminal in a state that an actual figure of the mobile terminal is maintained. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(202) receives display information including information for identifying the kind of a mobile terminal from the mobile terminal. A storing unit(206) stores an exterior image of the mobile terminal. A processing unit(204) obtains the exterior image of the mobile terminal based on display information and displays the entire image of the mobile terminal.
