A programmable hysteresis comparator having a zero temperature coefficient is provided to obtain a stable temperature characteristic by applying a regular current to a circuit through an external set resistor regardless of a constant voltage. A constant voltage source is connected to first and second transistors(Q1,Q2). Third and fourth transistors(Q3,Q4) are connected to the first and second transistors and a constant current source. The constant voltage source is connected to sixth to tenth transistors(Q6-Q10). A fifth transistor(Q5) is connected to the second, fifth, and sixth transistors. A resistor for setting the current is connected to the fourth and fifth transistors. A thirteenth transistor is connected to the seventh transistor. A fourteenth transistor is connected to the ninth transistor. Eleventh and twelfth transistors are connected to the eighth transistor. A hysteresis resistor is connected to the seventh, eleventh, and thirteenth transistors. Fifteenth and sixteenth transistors are connected to the eleventh and twelfth transistors. An eighteenth transistor is connected to the eleventh transistor. A nineteenth transistor is connected to the twelfth transistor. A twentieth transistor is connected to the tenth transistor. The seventeenth transistor is connected to the twentieth transistor and the eighteenth to twentieth transistors. The twenty first transistor is connected to the eighteenth to twentieth transistors and the resistor. |
