<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable electric current flowing in a bus bar to be more appropriately detected. <P>SOLUTION: A Hall element 54 as a magnetism detecting element is arranged in a gap part 58 of a magnetic core 56 so arranged as to surround a bus bar 60, and a concave 62 caving in from the surface is formed in the bus bar 60 in a position opposing the Hall element 54; this arrangement enables the calorific value to which the Hall element 54 is subjected by the heating of the bus bar 60 to be restrained and thereby suppressing the temperature rise of the Hall element 54; as a result, magnetism detection by the Hall element 54 can be accomplished more appropriately; thus, current flowing in the bus bar 60 can be detected more appropriately. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
