<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable contents to be arranged at a constant interval or at random with a specific point as the center by a simple method, and further enable content items, arrangement intervals, or an arrangement form to be easily changed. <P>SOLUTION: A latitude and a longitude to be a reference point are input, the size and the vertical and horizontal numbers of meshes defining sections on a map are input, and a content arrangement form is designated in the meshes.
