<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a correction device for correcting wear of a sliding surface of a slide base on which a tool rest in a machine tool or the like slides, to efficiently perform the correction even when the sliding surface is positioned on an inner side of the machine tool. <P>SOLUTION: A correction device body 4 slidably supported on a slide rail 5 includes: a second drooping member 12 fixed so as to be upwardly and downwardly movable relative to a first drooping member 11; a holding member 19 supported on the second drooping member 12 so as to be tiltable; a grinder G held in the holding member 19; a first adjustment member 13 for vertically positioning the holding member 19 and the grinder G; and a second adjustment member 14 for determining a tilt angle of the holding member 19 and the grinder G. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
