METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DIAMOND-RESIN COMPOSITE MATERIAL THAT INCLUDES DIAMOND MICROPARTICLES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing diamond-resin composite material in which diamond microparticles are uniformly dispersed in a high density by a melt kneading method.

SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the diamond-resin composite material by dispersing the diamond microparticles of 2-250 nm of the median diameter in the resin, the melt kneading is carried out by using a biaxial extruder whose ratio of L/D0, screw length L and screw diameter D0is 30 or more, and under the condition of 1-30 minutes in staying time from supplying the resin and the diamond microparticles to the biaxial extruder to the extrusion.
