<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an estimation device, an estimation system, an estimation method and a program, by which the occurrence or non-occurrence of jet lag can be objectively determined and the extent of jet lag symptoms can be quantitatively evaluated. <P>SOLUTION: The estimation device includes: an acquisition unit 27 for acquiring estimation criteria, the estimation criteria being set by, relative to a plurality of specimens having different extents of jet lag symptoms, dividing the feature values of physiological indexes in the deep body temperature system and the feature values of physiological indexes in the active mass system individually depending on the extents of jet lag symptoms, and then specifying the feature value ranges depending on the extents of jet lag symptoms thus divided; an extraction unit 23 for extracting the feature value of the physiological index in the deep body temperature system and the feature value of the physiological indexes in the active mass system of a subject Su; and a symptom estimation unit 25 for determining the feature value ranges of the estimation criteria, within which the feature value of the physiological index in the deep body temperature system and the feature value of the physiological index in the active mass system of the subject respectively fall, and thus estimating the extent of jet lag symptoms of the subject. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
