<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform automatic adjustment between client communication devices facing each other, to multiplex communications of a plurality of ports on one transmission line path, and to efficiently perform transfer. <P>SOLUTION: A multiplex transmission apparatus utilizing a GFP-F(Frame-mapped Generic Framing Procedure) system includes: an automatic negotiation information processing section for extracting automatic negotiation information from a configuration order set of 8B10B codes included in gigabit Ethernet signals (R) when the gigabit Ethernet signals are received; a GFP processing section for mapping the extracted automatic negotiation information to a GFP client management frame; and a framer section for mapping a GFP frame including at least the GFP client management frame to a transmission line frame. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
