<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly prize management device configured to include a guest-side display operation unit. <P>SOLUTION: The prize management device 2 includes a game-parlor-side display operation unit 20 and the guest-side display operation unit 24. The game-parlor-side display operation unit 20 is used for a game parlor staff to perform confirmation and operation, and the guest-side display operation unit 24 is used for a guest to perform confirmation and operation. In the prize management device 2, the guest-side display operation unit 24 can display information related to information that a guest has inputted by operation of the guest-side display operation unit 24; and the game-parlor-side display operation unit 20 can display information similar to the information displayed on the guest-side display operation unit 24. Therefore, the game parlor staff can quickly know operation situation of the guest-side display operation unit 24 by the guest and display contents on the guest-side display operation unit 24 by looking at the display on the game-parlor-side display operation unit 20 while staying in his/her position.
