<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent corrosion in contact parts among conductive particles, tab lines, and electrodes, thereby maintaining the generation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell module comprises: multiple solar cells 2 and tab lines 3, each of which is bonded to electrodes 11, 13 respectively formed on a surface of the solar cell 2 and a rear surface of the adjacent solar cell 2 through a conductive adhesive 17 containing conductive particles 23 and connects the multiple solar cells 2 to each other. Surfaces of the conductive particles 23 are formed by the same kind of conductor as at least one of a conductor forming connection surfaces of the tab lines 3 and a conductor forming the electrodes 11, 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
