<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead wire for solar cell having excellent corrosion resistance and is arranged so that the solar cell is not warped nor damaged easily when the connection lead wire is bonded even if the solar cell is made thin. <P>SOLUTION: The lead wire 1 for solar cell is produced by heat treating a flat type conductor, shaped to have flat type cross section by rolling or slit work, in an inert gas atmosphere in a tubular furnace 2 while traveling it continuously, and then coating the surface of the conductor partially or entirely with solder plating. Corrosive ions of the flat type conductor before being coated with solder plating detected by ion chromatography analysis is less than 5 μg per 1000 mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>of surface area of the lead wire 1 for solar cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
