<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an A/D converter and a semiconductor device with a simple configuration capable of maintaining noise-shaping characteristics at a constant level without depending on manufacturing variation or temperature change. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 1000 according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a delta-sigma modulator 101, an input selector switch 11, and a control logic circuit 5. The delta-sigma modulator 101 can change the time constant of the internal circuit in response to a control signal Rcon. The input selector switch 11 causes an input amplitude voltage Vin or a reference voltage Vrefc to be selectively input to the delta-sigma modulator 101.
