<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method of a hydraulic controller for an automatic transmission capable of determining the contact state between a current controlling unit, which controls current for energizing electromagnetic hydraulic control means, and a heat dissipating member. <P>SOLUTION: In an inspection method of a hydraulic controller for an automatic transmission, firstly a norm map is created showing the relationship between a command current value and a real hydraulic value (S101). Then, the temperature of a TCU is detected by using a thermistor, in a state that the TCU is generating current (S103). A heat sink for dissipating heat generated by the TCU is in contact with the TCU. When the heat generated by the TCU is dissipated to an outside through the heat sink, the contact state is determined to be normal between the TCU and the heat sink since the temperature of the TCU stabilizes within an acceptable measurement range (S104). At this point, data is collected for correcting the norm map (S105). However, if the heat generated by the TCU is not dissipated to the outside through the heat sink, the contact state is determined to be abnormal and the inspection is stopped due to the temperature of the TCU exceeding the acceptable measurement range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
