<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counting device for a dispenser, the device being capable of automatically counting the number of tablet sheets for highly-reliable inventory management. <P>SOLUTION: A counter of the dispensing device 1 is for counting the number of tablet sheets of a fractional sheet 900a.
