The present invention relates to a roll-printing apparatus and to a roll-printing method using same. The roll-printing apparatus according to the present invention comprises: 1) a first cliché stage; 2) a second cliché stage; 3) a pattern transfer unit which is interposed between the first cliché stage and the second cliché stage, and which includes a roll-type print film support unit; 4) a first print unit having a first print roll which moves from an upper surface of the first cliché stage to the pattern transfer unit; and 5) a second print unit having a second print roll which moves from an upper surface of the second cliché stage to the pattern transfer unit. The first cliché stage and the second cliché stage are collinearly arranged, and the roll-type print film support unit has a film base. The roll-printing apparatus according to the present invention may enable continuous roll-printing, to thereby reduce takt time and thus achieve improved productivity.
