PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION OF ARTIFICIAL ZEOLITE

PURPOSE: A continuous artificial zeolite manufacturing method and an apparatus for the same are provided to improve the productivity of the method by implementing reactions according to the progress rate of the reactions. CONSTITUTION: A continuous artificial zeolite manufacturing method includes the following: reactant slurry containing fly ashes and an alkali aqueous solution is prepared by using a mixing bath(10) equipped with a mixing tank(11), a circulating pipe(16), a circulating pump(12), and a heater(14); the reactant slurry is supplied into a first zeolitization reactor(20) in a serial connection with the mixing bath to be zeolitized; multiple zeolitizing reactions are successively implemented to the last zeolitization reactor, and resultant products from the last zeolitization reactor to be zeolitized; and products containing zeolite are collected.
