Provided is a flap for a tube tire that by reinforcing the periphery of the valve hole of the flap can better suppress damage to the tube. A flap (10) is attached to the outer peripheral surface of a rim for a tube tire. The flap (10) comprises the following: a flap base (11) which is formed of rubber in an annular shape and has a valve hole (11a) into which a valve (b) of a tube (t) can penetrate; a first reinforcing member (12) formed of rubber and provided at the periphery of the valve hole (11a) in the peripheral surface (11b) on the side of the flap base (11) opposite the tube (t); and a second reinforcing member (13) that is formed of a rubber in which a cord is embedded and that is provided at the periphery of the valve hole (11a) in the peripheral surface (11c) on the side of the flap base (11) opposite the rim (r).
