[Problem] To obtain, in a radiographic imaging method and device that acquire a plurality of radiographic images constituting a 3D image, radiographic images whereby flicker that occurs upon 3D viewing is reduced while information that is useful for the purposes of medical image diagnosis is retained. [Solution] Per-direction radiographic images are obtained by exposing a subject to radiation from two different imaging directions, and blurring is applied to regions that exist in one of said images but not the other.
