<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technologies for producing livestock feed with low sugar content and high protein content. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to the method for producing a high-protein additive from cereal raw materials. The method for producing the high-protein additive includes: a saccharification step for preparing a saccharified solution by saccharifying the cereal raw materials; an yeast propagation step for propagating yeasts by adding the yeasts to the saccharified solution under an aerobic condition; a vacuum fermentation step for fermenting the solution with ethanol under a condition of reduced pressure and increasing the protein concentration by reducing the sugar concentration; and a vacuum distillation step for obtaining fermentation residues by vacuum-distilling unrifined mash after the fermentation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
