摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a submerge arc welding method by which excellent welding workability is obtained even under a welding condition of high speed and a weld metal of superior machine performance is obtained. <P>SOLUTION: In this submerge arc welding method, a melting-type flux, containing, by mass%, 8-25% of SiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, 30-50% of Al<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, 0.5-8.0% of MgO, 5.5-11.0% of MnO, 5-20% of CaO, 25-48% of CaF<SB POS="POST">2</SB>and 0.10-3.0% of K<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O, and a solid wire includes 0.03-0.25% of C, 0.004-1.20% of Si and 0.25-2.80% of Mn and the other part of iron oxide, and the remaining part of Fe and inevitable impurities are combined to weld. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
