<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an arranging structure of a wiring layer and to perform pupil correction of wiring with a high degree of freedom. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging region is divided into right and left regions. In wiring of pixel positions arranged on a left side (-X side) from the center of the imaging region, a contact section 31 and a wiring 32 are arranged on the left side, and a vertical signal line 28 are arranged on the right side. In wiring of pixel positions arranged on a right side (+X side) from the center of the imaging region, a contact section 31 and a wiring 32 are arranged on the right side and a vertical signal line 28 are arranged on the left side. As the result of such wiring, even if the wiring is shifted to a center direction of the imaging region by pupil correction, the pupil correction with the high degree of freedom can be performed since the right and left vertical signal lines 28 move to directions detached from the contact sections 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
