<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a relay malfunctions simultaneously with application of a transient voltage to a relay, when a quick action relay is operated by a lime-limit relay action circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A capacitor is connected in parallel with a relay, and in the transient state immediately after voltage application, increase in the voltage applied to a relay is suppressed by the capacitor. The voltage application time is decreased as charges are accumulated in a capacitor, and it is several [ms].
