Provided is an air conditioning and hot-water supplying system configured so that the entire system has improved efficiency. A refrigerant circuit (10) for air conditioning comprises: a compressor (11) for air conditioning; an operation switching means (12) for air conditioning; an air conditioning heat source-side heat exchanger (13); pressure reduction devices (14, 16); air conditioning utilization-side heat exchanger (15); and an intermediate heat exchanger (21) for exchanging heat between a first refrigerant and a second refrigerant. The refrigerant circuit (10) for air conditioning also comprises: a first branch section (22) branched off between the compressor (11) for air conditioning and the air conditioning heat source-side heat exchanger (13) and adjusting the flow rate of the first refrigerant flowing in the direction in which the first branch section (22) is branched; and a second branch section (32) branched off between the compressor (11) for air conditioning and the air conditioning utilization-side heat exchanger (15) and adjusting the flow rate of the first refrigerant flowing in the direction in which the second branch section (32) is branched. The intermediate heat exchanger (21) has one end connected to both the first branch section (22) and the second branch section (32) and the other end connected to the junction (24) between the air conditioning heat source-side heat exchanger (13) and the air conditioning utilization-side heat exchanger (15), and the intermediate heat exchanger (21) functions as the condenser for the first refrigerant.
