<p>PURPOSE: A photographing device and a camera module are provided to control the generation of flare lights, thereby obtaining high quality images in which the flare lights are eliminated. CONSTITUTION: An optical sensor(110) comprises a light receiving unit forming a phase of a subject. A seal member(120) is formed to protect the light receiving unit of the optical sensor. An intermediate layer(130) is formed in between an opposite surface of the seal member opposite to the light receiving unit and the light receiving unit. A control film(140) is arranged in between the intermediate layer and the opposite surface of the seal member. The control film is formed into a multi-film having a plurality of films.</p> |
