METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SHIELD BODY PROVIDED FOR WIRE HARNESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of easily constructing a shield body for electromagnetically shielding a specified portion of a wire harness around the portion.

SOLUTION: A method includes: superposing a first sheet body 22A including a first shield layer 23A and at least whose both side parts in a width direction have a plurality of air vents, a specified portion 16 of a wire harness, and a second sheet body 22B including a second shield layer 23B so that the both shield layers 23A and 23B locate on both sides of the specified portion 16 and that both side parts 24a in the width direction of the first sheet body 22A and both side parts 24b in the width direction of the second sheet body 22B are directly contacted with each other; and absorbing air through the air vents of the first sheet body 22A in the overlapping state to tightly adhere the both side parts 24a in the width direction and the both side parts 24b in the width direction with each other and make the both shield layers 23A and 23B consecutive.
