<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition containing N-acetylglucosamine, which remarkably enhances physiological activity that the N-acetylglucosamine has, though it is known that the N-acetylglucosamine has a therapeutic effect to osteoarthritis and a beauty effect, and many foods or supplements with the same as an active constituent are commercially available. <P>SOLUTION: The composition contains: the N-acetylglucosamine; and alpha-GPC (glycerylphosphoryl choline).
