<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit easy maintenance work while a powder spraying device is stably attached via a spraying device support frame to a seedling planting device. <P>SOLUTION: The spraying device support frame 70 includes a lateral frame 71 laid across a plurality of planting transmission cases 15 in the lateral direction, and a rod-shaped vertical frame 72 erected upward from an intermediate position in the lateral direction of the lateral frame 71.
