摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser marking processing method using a surface protection film capable of realizing excellent finish on a surface of a workpiece, and manifesting and maintaining an excellent surface protection function during laser marking processing. <P>SOLUTION: In the laser marking processing method using the polypropylene type surface protection film, when executing laser beam marking to a workpiece, the polypropylene type surface protection film is affixed to a laser beam irradiation surface side of the workpiece in advance as a surface protective film. The wavelength of laser beam of a laser beam marker apparatus to be used for the laser beam marking is set to be a wavelength &lambda; to be selected from 355-10,640 nm.
