<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separately packed article treatment system which has improved efficiency of recovery of powder or grain from a separately packed article even when the powder or the grain is easily recovered from the separately packed article. <P>SOLUTION: The separately packed article treatment system 1 includes a separately packed article treatment apparatus 2 which includes: a pair of rollers 14 and 16 having outer circumferential surfaces opposite to each other; and a cutter 14a formed in the outer circumferential surface of one roller 14 along its circumferential direction. The separately packed article treatment apparatus 2 feeds a separately packed article S into a gap F between the opposing outer circumferential surfaces of the rollers 14 and 16 while rotating the rollers 14 and 16 in directions reverse to each other, the separately packed article S being formed by packing the powder or the grain in a bag shape, and the separately packed article treatment apparatus 2 cuts the package bag S1 of the fed separately packed article S by the cutter 14a, thereby recovering a product S2 from the separately packed article S.
