<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary table having a rotation position detection device arranged on a horizontally placed table side by a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary table 10 includes: a rotary joint constituted of a tubular member 31 and a central member 14 which are respectively formed with a fluid channel, a root side 14b of the central member 14 is fixed on a body 100 of a body via an adapter flange 101 and a flange housing 102, a distal end side 14a of the central member 14 is embedded in the tubular member 31 in a relatively rotatable mode, the tubular member 31 is inserted in a through-hole 13 on a table 11 and rotates along with the table 11, and fluid flows in the fluid channels 35 and 32 of the tubular member 31 and the central member 14; and a rotation position detection device 20 which is inserted into the through-hole 13 of the table 11 and is mounted and fixed on the distal end 14a of the central member 14 in the rotary joint to detect a rotation position of the table 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
