<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a methane fermentation tank capable of suppressing the fracture of a bottom sheet, and to provide a construction method of the bottom sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The methane fermentation tank includes a reservoir, a concrete partition wall 12 that partitions the reservoir into plural spaces, a stirring device 15 that stirs wastewater in the reservoir and is vertically movable, the bottom sheet 25 that is at least disposed on the bottom and an inclined portion of the reservoir, a gas-impermeable canopy cover sheet 26 that stores a methane gas generated by the wastewater inside, a fixture that fixes the ends of the bottom sheet and the canopy cover sheet, and piping 27 for collecting the methane gas that is disposed inside the canopy cover sheet, wherein the bottom sheet is composed of: a bottom sheet piece that reaches one to the other of opposite banks of the reservoir; a bottom sheet material that spreads from another bank adjacent to the bank to the bottom sheet piece; and cut pieces of the bottom sheet material for the corners of the reservoir. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
