COMPOUNDS AND METHODS FOR KINASE MODULATION, AND INDICATIONS THEREFORAbstractCompounds of formula I active on protein kinases are described, as well as methods of using such compounds to treat diseases and conditions associated with aberrant activity of protein kinases.
