<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail-guided truck system capable of restraining a truck from being unnecessarily slowed down or stopped traveling when the same passes a bifurcation and a confluence. <P>SOLUTION: A rail-guided truck system comprises: a rail having a guide wire in a prescribed region including a bifurcation and a confluence; and a plurality of trucks traveling by being supported and guided by the rail. Each of the plurality of the trucks has transmission means 910 and 920 each capable of transmitting a plurality of signals having frequencies different from each other; sending means 810 and 820 which respectively send the plurality of the signals transmitted from the transmission means to the guide wire; receiving means 710 and 720 respectively capable of receiving the plurality of the signals transmitted through the guide wire; determination means 955 to determine whether the truck needs to decrease in speed, to stop or to continue travelling based on a type of signal received by the receiving means; and control means 960 to control the travel of the trucks depending on a determination result of the determination means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
