<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect plural coordinates in a multi-touch state. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage generation part 10a includes an output transistor 14 provided on a path extending from a path including a first terminal P1x, a first resistance film RF1 and a second terminal P2x on the first terminal P1x side, and applies a first bias voltage Vb1 to the first terminal P1x.
