<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a disruption of service due to lack of synchronization among broadcast transmissions while performing a handoff in a broadcast communication system. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: controlling a transmission rate of a first broadcast channel transmitted from a first terminal in response to beginning processing of a second broadcast channel transmitted from a second terminal; and terminating processing of the first broadcast channel upon synchronizing the second broadcast channel transmitted from the second terminal with the first broadcast channel transmitted from the first terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
