PURPOSE: An internal voltage control circuit is provided to reduce a simultaneous operation current by distributing driver operating time according to the location of the driver and an amount of core currents. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of active drivers(106,107) generate common internal voltages. A control unit controls the enable operation of the plurality of the active drivers. A time difference control unit supplies an enable signal generated from the control unit to the plurality of the active drivers and includes a delay control unit(200-203). |
