<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance advertising effectiveness in an advertising video. <P>SOLUTION: When a user accesses an advertising site 68 by a browser part 61 to request transmission of an advertising video, an advertising server 3 requests the user to connect an electronic money card 6 to a reader/writer 5. The advertising server 3 can communicate with the electronic money card 6 through the browser part 61. Thus, the advertising server 3 reads an electronic money function part ID which is ID information on the electronic money card 6 from the electronic money card 6 to store it, and further transmits video data of the advertising video stored in an advertising video database to a user terminal 4. The advertising server 3 accesses the electronic money card 6 through an advertising site connection part 68 for every predetermined interval to check that the electronic money card 6 is connected to the reader/writer 5 while the user terminal 4 reproduces the advertising video. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
