<p>A terminal management system includes a USB memory (4) storing medium identification information and member identification information and an authentication server (5) connected to a terminal (1) via a network (7). The authentication server 5 includes a legitimacy determining unit (501). The legitimacy determining unit (501) determines the legitimacy of the USB memory (4) from the combination of the two pieces of identification information, and the legitimacy of the terminal (1) from the combination of the two pieces of information, and returns determination results to the terminal (1) as a transmission source. If the USB memory (4) and the terminal (1) are determined as being legitimate, an execution permit/prohibit unit (304) in the terminal (1) permits a program execution processor unit (211) to execute a particular AP of the particular AP storage unit (232).</p> |
