The device (50) has a rigid element (30) e.g. rod or piston, whose end part is projected outside a case (52). The rigid element comprises a coupling unit i.e. T-shaped part (40), complementary to a coupling unit (32) i.e. claw, of an electromagnetically actuated electrical switching apparatus (6) such that the rigid element is coupled with a mobile reinforcement (22) of an electromagnetic actuator (20) without clearance.
