PURPOSE: A feature selection device with part supervision base reliability is provided to include a plurality of reliable label data and to provide the feature selection based on the label data, thereby improving prediction accuracy of a classification machine. CONSTITUTION: A memory unit(110) stores first labeled data. A classification machine(120) predicts a label of unlabeled data and classifies the predicted label into the unlabeled data and generates second labeled data. A feature selection unit(130) selects a feature based on the first and second labeled data. The feature selection unit selects the feature using the first and second labeled data and a sequential feature selection algorithm.
