CLINKER MONITORING SYSTEM OF BOLIER IN POWER PLANT

PURPOSE: A clinker monitor system of the powerhouse boiler is provided to supply stable power by preventing a drop of a clinker. CONSTITUTION: A first site facility(100) transmits a clinker image generated in a tube and water wall according to a boiler operation to a central device. A second site facility(200) transmits the pH variation and temperature of cooling water stored in a SDCC(Submerged Drag Chain Conveyor) reservoir, clinker images, and fly ashes to the central device(300) displaying and storing clinker images and information provided to the second site facility and controlling the operation of the first and second site facilities. The power device(600) always maintains a constant reserve rate by calculating the power consumption.
