PURPOSE: Medical herb food for improving tonicity, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to obtain the medical herb food using easily collectable medical herbs. CONSTITUTION: Medical herb food for improving tonicity is obtained by mixing 11-13 parts of rehmannia glutinosa by weight, 7-9 parts of angelica gigas by weight, 6-8 parts of cnidium officinale by weight, 9-11 parts of paeonia lactiflora by weight, 1,100-1,300 parts of metaplexis japonica by weight, and 300-400 parts of monopterus albus by weight(S2). The medical herb food additionally includes cuscuta japonica choisy.
