PURPOSE: An apparatus for forming a selective emitter of a solar cell is provided to improve the uniformity of light by using a Fresnel lens. CONSTITUTION: A lamp unit emits light. A shutter unit(120) is arranged on the lower side of the lamp unit and controls whether to emit the light. A lens unit(130) is arranged on the lower side of the shutter unit and changes the light into parallel light. A mask(140) is arranged between the lens unit and the substrate and provides thermal energy to form a second emitter layer on a part of a first emitter layer by selectively transmitting the light. A table supports the substrate.
